                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(b), subsection 10(1) and section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, hereby appoints Stanley N.E. Lanyon, Q.C., of New Westminster, British Columbia, to be a part-time Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($695 - $820).

en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b), du paragraphe 10(1) et de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Stanley N.E. Lanyon, c.r., de New Westminster (Colombie-Britannique), vice-président à temps partiel du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (695 $ - 820 $).
