                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 3(2) and paragraph 3(4)(c) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Canadian Heritage of Frieda Martselos of Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, as a member of the National Capital Commission to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Ruth A. Spence.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 3(2) et de l’alinéa 3(4)c) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre du Patrimoine canadien de Frieda Martselos, de Fort Smith (Territoires du Nord-Ouest), commissaire de la Commission de la capitale nationale à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Ruth A. Spence.
