                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 73 of the Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada Act, assented to on December 18, 2001, being chapter 29 of the Statutes of Canada, 2001, hereby fixes June 30, 2005 as the day on which sections 55 to 59 of the Act come into force.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 73 de la Loi sur le Tribunal d’appel des transports du Canada, sanctionnée le 18 décembre 2001, chapitre 29 des Lois du Canada (2001), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 30 juin 2005 l’entrée en vigueur des articles 55 à 59 de cette loi.
