                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Richard Joseph Corcelli of Gravenhurst, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of North Bay, for a term of three years, effective March 28, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Développement des ressources humaines et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l'assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Richard Joseph Corcelli, de Gravenhurst (Ontario), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale de l’Ontario, et en particulier pour le district de North Bay, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 28 mars 2003.
