                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage

and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant a five-year extension, starting September 1, 2008, to an existing five-year lease with 1310355 Ontario Limited as Lessee and Patrick Kelly and Larry Bradley as indemnifiers, for parts of the premises located at 13-15 Clarence Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une prolongation de cinq ans, à compter du 1^er septembre 2008, du présent bail de cinq ans conclu avec 1310355 Ontario Limited à titre de locataire et Patrick Kelly et Larry Bradley à titre de garants, visant une partie du bien-fonds située au 13-15, rue Clarence à Ottawa et dont la désignation officielle figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
