                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to subsection 10(1) and section 11 of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Act and Orders in Council P.C. 2003-2047, P.C. 2003-2049 and P.C. 2003-2050 of December 12, 2003, hereby approves that the Minister for International Trade enter into the Canada-Atlantic Provinces Agreement on International Business Development with the governments of Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu du paragraphe 10(1) et de l’article 11 de la Loi sur le ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international et des décrets C.P. 2003-2047, C.P. 2003-2049 et C.P. 2003-2050 du 12 décembre 2003, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre du Commerce international, avec les gouvernements de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, du Nouveau-Brunswick, de la Nouvelle-Écosse et de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, de l’Entente Canada – provinces de l’Atlantique pour la promotion du commerce extérieur, laquelle est conforme en substance au projet d’entente ci-joint.
