                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 35(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, hereby approves By-law No. 5 and By-law No. 14 of the Bank of Canada, as set out in the annexed schedule, which by-laws were adopted by the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada on December 16, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 35(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée les règlements administratifs n^o 5 et n^o 14 de la Banque du Canada, lesquels figurent à l’annexe ci-jointe et ont été adoptés par le conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada le 16 décembre 2004.
