Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs, pursuant to section 45 of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).
