                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.9 and subsections 6.71(1) and 7.6(1) of the Aeronautics Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Parts I, IV, V and VII).

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 4.9 et des paragraphes 6.71(1) et 7.6(1) de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement de l’aviation canadien (Parties I, IV, V et VII), ci-après.
