                     Whereas the Minister of Labour has consulted with the Minister of Canadian Heritage;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 10 of the Status of the Artist Act, hereby appoints Michael LaLeune of Herring Cove, Nova Scotia, to be a

part-time member of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Travail et en vertu de l'article 10 de la Loi sur le statut de l'artiste, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michael LaLeune, de Herring Cove (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien des relations professionnelles artistes-producteurs à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
