                     Whereas subsection 82(3) of the Canada Pension Plan provides that the Governor in Council shall appoint a panel of between one hundred and four hundred persons resident in Canada;

                     And whereas paragraph 82(3)(c) of the Canada Pension Plan provides that there are members of the panel from every region of Canada;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to section 82 of the Canada Pension Plan, hereby re-appoints Clemence Marie-Jeanne Lee of Garson, Ontario, to be a member of the Review Tribunal for the region of Sudbury for a term of three years, effective September 24, 2005.

                     Attendu que le paragraphe 82(3) du Régime de pensions du Canada prévoit que la gouverneure en conseil nomme de cent à quatre cents personnes qui, résidant au Canada, feront partie d'une liste;

                     Attendu que l'alinéa 82(3)c) du Régime de pensions du Canada prévoit qu'il y a, dans cette liste, des représentants de chacune des régions du Canada,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Développement des ressources humaines et en vertu de l'article 82 du Régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Clemence Marie-Jeanne Lee, de Garson (Ontario), membre du tribunal de révision pour la région de Sudbury pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 24 septembre 2005.
