                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the corporate plan of VIA Rail Canada Inc. for the period commencing on January 1, 2005 and ending on December 31, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de VIA Rail Canada Inc. pour la période allant du 1^er janvier au 31 décembre 2005.
