                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission amend an existing lease with 1292485 Ontario Inc., Michel Quesnel, Charles Hamway and Bianca Hamway, in respect of the premises located at 1705 St. Joseph Blvd. in Ottawa, by extending the term of the lease from 2008 to 2010, granting four five-year options to renew and adding 17.95 hectares of land, as described in the annexed schedule, to the leased premises, and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                    Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que la Commission de la capitale nationale modifie le bail qu’elle a conclu avec 1292485 Ontario Inc., Michel Quesnel, Charles Hamway et Bianca Hamway, à l’égard du bien-fonds situé au 1705, boulevard St-Joseph, à Ottawa, afin de prolonger celui-ci de 2008 à 2010, d’octroyer quatre options de renouvellement de cinq ans et d’ajouter 17,95 hectares à la superficie des terrains loués, selon la désignation figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, aux conditions qu’elle juge satisfaisantes.
