                     The Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 85.1(6) of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby transmits to Your Excellency in Council the attached report on the activities of the Air Travel Complaints Commissioner for the period of January 1 to June 30, 2004.

                     En vertu du paragraphe 85.1(6) de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, le ministre des Transports transmet à Votre Excellence en conseil le rapport ci-joint portant sur les activités du Commissaire aux plaintes relatives au transport aérien pour la période allant du 1^er janvier au 30 juin 2004.
