                        Whereas, pursuant to subsection 53(2) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, the annexed regulations entitled Regulations Amending the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Regulations have no force or effect until the appropriate provincial Minister of each of at least two thirds of the participating provinces having in total not less than two thirds of the population of all of the participating provinces have approved the annexed Regulations;

                     And whereas the appropriate provincial Minister of each of at least two thirds of the participating provinces having in total at least two thirds of the population of all of the participating provinces have approved the annexed Regulations;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 53 of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Regulations.

                     Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 53(2) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, le règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, ci-après, n’entre pas en vigueur tant que les ministres provinciaux compétents d’au moins les deux tiers des provinces participantes, comptant au total les deux tiers au moins de la population de toutes ces provinces, n’ont pas approuvé le règlement;

                     Attendu que les ministres provinciaux compétents d’au moins les deux tiers des provinces participantes, comptant au total les deux tiers au moins de la population de toutes ces provinces, ont approuvé le règlement ci-après,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 53 de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, ci-après.
