                        Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 11 of the Statistics Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Industry, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, enter into an agreement with the Government of Yukon for the exchange of survey information between Statistics Canada and the Yukon Bureau of Statistics concerning social and economic activities, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Industrie en vertu de l’article 11 de la Loi sur la statistique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de l’Industrie, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, d’un accord avec le Yukon concernant l’échange de renseignements d’enquête entre Statistique Canada et le Bureau de la statistique du Yukon sur les activités sociales et économiques, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
