                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2005-660 of April 21, 2005 by replacing the words “for a period of three years” with the words “for the period  April 21, 2005 to July 3, 2005 and to be a full-time member of the National Parole Board, Quebec Regional Division, to hold office during good behaviour for the period July 4, 2005 to July 3, 2010.”.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu des articles 103 et 105 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2005-660 du 21 avril 2005 en remplaçant les mots « pour un mandat de trois ans » avec les mots « pour une période allant du 21 avril 2005 au 3 juillet 2005 et membre à temps plein de la Commission nationale des libérations conditionnelles, Section régionale du Québec, à titre inamovible pour une période allant du 4 juillet 2005 au 3 juillet 2010. ».
