                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby:

          (a)      appoints Dennis White Bird of Erickson, Manitoba, as Treaty Commissioner of the Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of five years; and

          (b)      fixes his remuneration and other conditions of employment, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7

                     ($160,400 - $188,700);

effective June 1, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

          a)       nomme Dennis White Bird, d’Erickson (Manitoba), Commissaire du bureau de la Commission des relations découlant des traités du Manitoba, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans;

          b)       fixe sa rémunération et les autres conditions d’emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7

                     (160 400 $ - 188 700 $);

à compter du 1^er juin 2005.
