                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Industry of John Hyshka of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

                        Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre de l’Industrie de John Hyshka, de Saskatoon (Saskatchewan), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
