                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities) and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities), in his capacity as the appropriate Minister with respect to Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc., to enter into a one-time financial contribution assistance agreement with Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc., substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise le ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités), en sa qualité de ministre de tutelle à l’égard de la Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal Inc., à conclure avec la Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal Inc. un accord de contribution et d’aide financière unique, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
