                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities) and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the corporate plan of Canada Lands Company Limited for the planning period commencing on April 1, 2005 and ending on March 31, 2010.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités) et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2005 et se terminant le 31 mars 2010.
