                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of J.S. (Jim) Stoneman of Fall River, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Torbjorn R. Bordevik, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de J.S. (Jim) Stoneman, de Fall River (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre de l’Administration de pilotage de l’Atlantique à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Torbjorn R. Bordevik, dont le mandat a pris fin.
