                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2005-3, hereby appoints Linda Lizotte-MacPherson of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Secretary of the Treasury Board, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range

($160,900 - $189,400), effective May 24, 2005.
