          Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, after consultation with the Board of Governors of the Canada School of Public Service, pursuant to subsection 13(1) of the Canada School of Public Service Act, hereby appoints Ruth Dantzer of Ottawa, Ontario, to be President of the Canada School of Public Service, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($185,000 - $217,700), effective May 24, 2005.

          Sur recommandation du premier ministre, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’École de la fonction publique du Canada, et en vertu du paragraphe 13(1) de la Loi sur l’école de la fonction publique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ruth Dantzer, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de président de l’École de la fonction publique du Canada, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (185 000 $ - 217 700 $), à compter du 24 mai 2005.
