                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the appointment

by the Minister of Transport of Andrew Digby of St-Lambert, Quebec, as a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Ivan A. Lantz, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Andrew Digby, de St-Lambert (Québec), membre de l'Administration de pilotage des Grands Lacs, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Ivan A. Lantz, dont le mandat a pris fin.
