                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 112 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, hereby approves the entry by the National Research Council of Canada into a collective agreement with The Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada that covers all employees in the Research Officer/Research Council Officers Bargaining Unit, which agreement is for the period commencing on July 20, 2004 and ending on July 19, 2007 and is on the same terms and conditions as the previous collective agreement except for the changes set out in the annexed summary of changes.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie

et en vertu de l’article 112 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le Conseil national de recherches du Canada, avec L’Institut professionnel de la fonction publique du Canada, d’une convention collective visant tous les employés de l’unité de négociation Agents de recherches/Agents du Conseil de recherches, laquelle convention couvre la période allant du 20 juillet 2004 au 19 juillet 2007 et contient les mêmes dispositions que la convention collective précédente, sous réserve des changements précisés dans le résumé ci-joint.
