                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph (c) of the definition “heritage protection programs” in subsection 2(1) of the Parks Canada Agency Act, hereby approves the specification, made by the Minister of the Environment on April 22, 2005, of the design and implementation of programs that relate primarily to built heritage for the purposes of that definition.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement

et en vertu de l’alinéa c) de la définition de « programmes de protection du patrimoine » au paragraphe 2(1) de la Loi sur l’Agence Parcs Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la précision de « la mise sur pied et la mise en oeuvre de programmes visant principalement le patrimoine bâti », pour l’application de cette définition, faite par le ministre de l’Environnement le 22 avril 2005.
