                    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, hereby re-appoints Mike Lazaridis of Waterloo, Ontario, to be a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective August 7, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Industrie et en vertu des articles 3 et 5 de la Loi sur le Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Mike Lazaridis, de Waterloo (Ontario), conseiller du Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 7 août 2005.
