                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Privy Council Vote 5 of Appropriation Act No. 3, 1974, hereby appoints André McArdle of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Secretary of the Canadian Intergovernmental Conference Secretariat to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 4 ($95,900 - $112,800).

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du crédit 5 du Conseil privé de la Loi n^o 3 de 1974 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme André McArdle, de Gatineau (Québec), Secrétaire du Secrétariat des Conférences intergouvernementales canadiennes à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 4 (95 900 $ - 112 800 $).
