                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Citizenship Act, hereby appoints Sandra Wilking of Burnaby, British Columbia, to be a citizenship judge for a term of three years on a full-time basis, and fixes her employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, effective May 24, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 26(1) de la Loi sur la citoyenneté, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Sandra Wilking, de Burnaby (Colombie-Britannique), juge de la citoyenneté, pour un mandat de trois ans, à temps plein, et fixe ses conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, à compter du 24 mai 2005.
