                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 12, 22 and 23 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, hereby appoints Ian R. Mackenzie of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Vice-Chairperson of the Public Service Labour Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($117,600 - $138,300).

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 12, 22 et 23 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ian R. Mackenzie, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-président de la Commission des relations de travail dans la fonction publique à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (117 600 $ - 138 300 $).
