                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the Farm Products Agencies Act, hereby

          (a)      reappoints Cynthia Currie of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a member of the National Farm Products Council to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years;

          (b)      designates Cynthia Currie as chairman of the National Farm Products Council; and

          (c)      fixes her salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($156,000 - $183,500);

effective May 19, 2005.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Agriculture et de l'Agroalimentaire et en vertu des articles 3 et 5 de la Loi sur les offices des produits agricoles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

          a)       nomme de nouveau Cynthia Currie, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseiller du Conseil national des produits agricoles, à titre amovible pour un mandat de deux ans;

          b)       désigne Cynthia Currie, président du Conseil national des produits agricoles;

          c)       fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (156 000 $ - 183 500 $);

à compter du 19 mai 2005.
