                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 10 of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act, hereby appoints Joseph Maurice Gérard Baril of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Brian Flemming, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 10 de la Loi sur l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Joseph Maurice Gérard Baril, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président de l’Administration canadienne de la sûreté du transport aérien, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Brian Flemming, dont le mandat a pris fin.
