                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Natural Resources of Robert J. Harding of Toronto, Ontario, as a director of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective May 7, 2005, in the place of Terance Vincent McCann, whose term will expire.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l'article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Ressources naturelles de Robert J. Harding, de Toronto (Ontario), administrateur de l'Énergie atomique du Canada, Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 7 mai 2005, en remplacement de Terance Vincent McCann, dont le mandat prendra fin.
