                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Edward P. Belobaba, de la ville de Toronto dans la province de l'Ontario, un avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Edward P. Belobaba, Esquire, of the City of Toronto in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
