                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby designates Lois Delia Figg of Toronto, Ontario, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to be Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office).

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil choisit Lois Delia Figg, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), comme vice-président adjoint de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto).
