                  Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to Manitoba Hydro of amending Order AO-3-EC-III-16, a copy of which is attached hereto.
