                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints James Francis Randolph Routh of Grafton, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Ontario Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Belleville, for a term of three years.
