                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Jean-Marc Cliche of Baie-Comeau, Quebec, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Quebec Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Baie-Comeau, for a term of three years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jean-Marc Cliche, de Baie-Comeau (Québec), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale du Québec, et en particulier pour le district de Baie-Comeau, pour un mandat de trois ans.
