                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 3.02 of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby appoints William Wai Lun Cheuk of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of The Canadian Wheat Board to hold office for a term of three years.
