                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby:

          (a)      approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of Douglas G. Keddy of Sarnia, Ontario, as a member of the Blue Water Bridge Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years; and

          (b)      after consultation with the board of directors of the Blue Water Bridge Authority, re-appoints Douglas G. Keddy of Sarnia, Ontario, to be chairman of the Blue Water Bridge Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

          a)       approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre des Transports de Douglas G. Keddy, de Sarnia (Ontario), membre de l'Administration du pont Blue Water, à titre amovible, pour une période de deux ans;

          b)       après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Administration du pont Blue Water, renouvelle le mandat de Douglas G. Keddy, de Sarnia (Ontario), président de l’Administration du pont Blue Water, à titre amovible, pour une période de deux ans.
