                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of State (Infrastructure and Communities), after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, and pursuant to subsection 142(5) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as examiner to carry out the special examination referred to section 138 of that Act in respect of Canada Lands Company Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited.

                    Sur recommandation du ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre d’État (Infrastructure et Collectivités), après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada à titre d’examinateur chargé de l’examen spécial visé à l’article 138 de cette loi, à l’égard de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée et sa filiale en propriété exclusive, la Société immobilière du Canada CLC limitée.
