                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Export Development Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister for International Trade of Marcella Szel of Calgary, Alberta, as a director of the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of James A. Pattillo, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu des articles 3 et 4 de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre du Commerce international de Marcella Szel, de Calgary (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de James A. Pattillo, dont le mandat a pris fin.
