                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 6(4) of the Business Development Bank of Canada Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Industry of Kelvin Ng of Edmonton, Alberta, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Oryssia J. Lennie, whose term has expired.

                        Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 6(4) de la Loi sur la Banque de développement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre de l’Industrie de Kelvin Ng, d’Edmonton (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de développement du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Oryssia J. Lennie, dont le mandat a pris fin.
