                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 112(1) of the Public Safety Act, 2002, assented to on May 6, 2004, being chapter 15 of the Statutes of Canada, 2004, hereby fixes April 20, 2005 as the day on which sections 82 to 93 of that Act come into force.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 112(1) de la Loi de 2002 sur la sécurité publique, sanctionnée le 6 mai 2004, chapitre 15 des Lois du Canada (2004), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 20 avril 2005 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 82 à 93 de cette loi.
