                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 55(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Narcotic Control Regulations.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 55(1) de la Loi réglementant certaines drogues et autres substances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les stupéfiants, ci-après.
