                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into an agreement with the Government of the Province of Saskatchewan, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft Canada – Saskatchewan Immigration Agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par ce ministre d’un accord avec la Saskatchewan, lequel accord est conforme en substance au projet d’accord Canada – Saskatchewan sur l’immigration, ci-après.
