                     Whereas the Governor in Council is satisfied that certain products are or are likely to be a danger to the health or safety of the public;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 6 of the Hazardous Products Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I to the Hazardous Products Act (Surface Coating Materials).

                     Attendu que la gouverneure en conseil est convaincue que certains produits présentent ou présenteront vraisemblablement un danger pour la santé ou la sécurité publiques,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé et en vertu de l’article 6 de la Loi sur les produits dangereux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret modifiant l’annexe I de la Loi sur les produits dangereux (revêtements), ci-après.
