                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, hereby appoints the following officers of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of the Department of Industry as Official Receivers for all Bankruptcy districts and divisions in Canada:

(i) Rebecca Andrei, of Calgary, Alberta;

(ii) Emily Beckerman, of Toronto, Ontario;

(iii) Tim Braovac, of Oakville, Ontario;

(iv) Stephen Dickey, of Timberlea, Nova Scotia;

(v) Rob Gordon, of Calgary, Alberta;

(vi) Line Gray, of Calgary, Alberta;

(vii) Patricia Guertin-Chepurnaty, of Pincourt, Quebec;

(viii) Rosetta Luke, of Toronto, Ontario;

(ix) Eveline Molnar, of Edmonton, Alberta; and

(x) Nathalie Proulx, of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme séquestres officiels pour tous les districts et toutes les divisions de faillite du Canada, les fonctionnaires suivants du Bureau du surintendant des faillites du ministère de l’Industrie :

(ii) Emily Beckerman, de Toronto (Ontario);
