                     Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2005-131 of February 2, 2005, the Governor in Council approved an amendment to the corporate plan of Ridley Terminals Inc. for the 2004-2008 planning period;

                     And whereas Ridley Terminals Inc. has made a further amendment to its corporate plan and has submitted the amendment to the Minister of Transport for approval by the Governor in Council;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the further amendment to the corporate plan of Ridley Terminals Inc. for the 2004-2008 planning period.

                     Attendu que, par le décret C.P. 2005-131 du 2 février 2005, la gouverneure en conseil a approuvé la modification du plan d’entreprise de Ridley Terminals Inc. pour la période de planification allant de 2004 à 2008;

                     Attendu que Ridley Terminals Inc. a remodifié son plan d’entreprise et a soumis la nouvelle modification au ministre des Transports pour approbation par la gouverneure en conseil,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nouvelle modification du plan d’entreprise de Ridley Terminals Inc. pour la période de planification allant de 2004 à 2008.
